Originally from Buckie, Sharon has lived in Shetland longer than she's lived anywhere else having moved up here with her Mum and Dad when she was 14. Now, many years later, she is still here - married to a Shetland man and with two, grown up, kids.
Sharon has spent the last 14 years working in Optics as receptionist at Miller Opticians. She says that she's “lucky to have such a varied job that she enjoys” and we also feel lucky to have her working with us - bringing across a wealth of invaluable experience. Sharon loves spending her free time with her family and enjoys walking her dogs.
